When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Booking conditions
When booking, be sure to include the invoice address, do not forget any reference and organization number in cases where your employer is responsible for your invoice. Registration for the course is binding. IDA is not responsible for travel and accommodation booking.
In case of cancellation, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 500 for each course. The confirmation will come directly in your email.
You can cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of the course, after which the full cost of the course will be charged, unless there is a medical certificate.

If you do not attend the course, you will be charged the entire course fee.
The course may be canceled in case of too few bookings. We also reserve the right to change course facilities if necessary.
If the lecturer is prevented from completing a planned course due to an unforeseen event, IDA reserves the right to insert another lecturer, or to cancel the course. IDA's liability is limited to the refund of the paid course fee.
